How do I register and pay?
Register to become a patron through this website. The “Register to become a Patron” link (coming soon) will take you to the registration system including payment options.
What information is required for advertising?
A digital version of your company’s logo should be submitted for the website and program. Artwork for ads should be submitted in digital form, in .eps, .png, .jpg or .pdf format. The artwork for full page ads should have a height of no more than 6.5″ and a width of no more than 5″. Information should be sent to Tuyen Vu by May 15, 2025.
What will the space setup in the conference facility look like?
Platinum patrons are invited to have a display booth at the tutorials and conference. The space will be available from 6 pm on August 4th through noon on August 8th. Patron display space will be in the break and reception area. Each space will be provided a 6-foot table and chairs. Please contact Julie Chalfant if you need additional support such as a second table, a power source, or additional space for freestanding display materials.
